$25 Adults and $15 for Kids (3-15)

Eggs Benedict, poached eggs, char-grilled ciabatta, spinach, hollandaise sauce – Choice of ham or smoked salmon –

Pancakes, bacon, maple syrup and double cream.

Avocado on toast, poached egg, slow baked tomatoes, char-grilled ciabatta.

Shark bay blue swimmer crab omelette, chives, leek, aioli, chargrilled ciabatta.

Bacon and eggs (poached or fried), slow baked tomatoes, grilled ciabatta.

Choice of fresh watermelon or Passion Halo fresh pressed juice.

Kids– Choice of pancakes or Eggs on toast, with orange or apple juice

Slow cooked Sambal Pork belly, slaw with crackle pieces and fried shallots. (GF)

Avocado, quinoa and pomegranate salad, honey roasted walnuts, woodfired sweet potato with goats curd and a citrus vinaigrette (V)

Coast Salt and pepper squid with iceberg salad, lemon aioli

Mains

Chicken breast, sous vide with lemon, garlic and rosemary and then lightly seared with couscous salad, baby spinach, balsamic dressing

Char-grilled, aged Beef fillet, potato, bacon and Parmesan rosti. Garlic buttered broccolini, king oyster mushrooms and a red wine jus (GF)

Crab Linguine, fresh pasta aioli style with shark bay crab, white wine, chilli, chives, leek and garlic EVOO

Wood-fired roasted root vegetable salad, spiced pumpkin, beetroot, baby carrot, candy walnut and honey citrus dressing (GF, V)
