Yoga at Coast Port Beach with Chloe Potter encourages and welcomes you in a relaxing environment, perfect for all ages and levels of experience. The yoga which Chloe teaches is described as inclusive and down to earth. It doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie to yoga or haven’t practiced yoga for a while, Chloe’s classes are less about whether you’re getting the postures “right” and more about tuning into what’s happening in the body, the mind, and the spirit.
You’ll leave feeling like your energy has been balanced, whether that’s feeling calm after a stressful day at work or feeling energized after a poor night’s sleep.
