How many guests can your engagement party venues hold?
We host engagement parties from 20 to 250 guests across seven indoor and outdoor spaces at Coast Port Beach. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large cocktail reception, we’ll match you to the right space.
Can we hire a private or semi-private space just for our engagement?
Large engagement parties can use the Beach House wedding reception centre as a fully private space. Most engagement parties work best in semi-private areas, which give you flexibility around size, budget and atmosphere without the wedding-level planning.
What styles of engagement parties do you cater for?
At Coast, we specialise in casual cocktail receptions where the atmosphere and music are already laid on for you. You just need to bring your guests.
What’s included when we book?
Use of your space, event coordination, in-house catering, drinks packages, and a venue set-up tailored to your celebration. We’ll send through full inclusions when you enquire.
Can you customise the menu and drinks for our engagement?
Large private engagements can be customised in full. Most engagement parties are designed to be easy and budget-friendly, with our $30 per head engagement party pack and bar packages doing most of the work.
Is there parking nearby?
Our beachfront car park has over 400 bays, and is perfectly designed for seamless bus drop offs too.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak engagement season (October to April) fills up fast. We recommend enquiring as soon as you’ve set a date, even 6 to 12 months in advance for weekends.
