How many guests can you hold?
Anywhere from a small 10 person gathering to a full venue transformation for up to 1,100 guests. Group bookings start from 20 people.
What event spaces are available?
Seven indoor and outdoor areas including an outdoor terrace, configured around three main event spaces: The BeachHouse, Cargo Bar and Central Coast, plus the Port Beach Garden Bar.
What is included in venue hire?
Every private booking includes furniture setup, access to our house sound system, complimentary wi-fi and free parking. Spaces can be reserved individually or combined.
Can we hire the whole venue?
Yes. Full-venue takeovers are one of our most requested formats, especially for EOFY parties, weddings and large celebrations. The whole venue, the beach and the bar, all yours.
Do you cater in-house?
Yes. All food is prepared in-house by our kitchen using fresh local WA produce, with shared platters, set-course dinners and cocktail menus available and dietaries covered.
What are my options for minimum spend?
Reserve a semi-private area and let guests buy their own drinks; pre-order food from around $30 per person; set up a bar tab for as much or as little as you like; host a fully prepaid event; or prepay a minimum spend that can be refunded if guests spend enough on the day.
Is there parking?
Our beachfront car park has over 400 bays, and is perfectly designed for seamless bus drop offs too.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends in summer and December book out months ahead. For peak Friday and Saturday dates we recommend enquiring 3 to 6 months out. Weeknights are often more flexible.
