What's the maximum group size you can host?
We comfortably host up to 1,100 guests using the full venue plus beachfront access. Smaller groups from 20 are equally welcome — we’ll match you to the right space.
Can we have a private or semi-private space?
Yes. We offer private dining rooms for smaller corporate gatherings, semi-private cocktail spaces for mid-size events, and full-venue takeovers for the largest groups.
What kind of corporate event packages do you offer?
Flexible packages built around your event type — cocktail-style, seated dinners, EOFY functions, networking events. Packages start from $120 per person and include venue, catering, drinks and event coordination.
Do you have beach access?
Yes — beachfront access is available, and for 1,100-guest events we can extend the function onto the beach itself.
Is there parking nearby?
Our beachfront car park has over 400 bays, and is perfectly designed for seamless bus drop offs too.
Do you have indoor and outdoor areas?
Both. Seven distinct zones across the venue, designed for flow between indoor and outdoor space depending on weather and event style.
What's the event planning process like?
One dedicated coordinator from your first enquiry through to event day. We handle the run sheet, catering, drinks, styling and timings so your team can focus on the guests.
How far in advance should we book?
EOFY (June–July) and Christmas (December) book out months ahead. For peak dates we recommend enquiring 3–6 months out. Off-peak dates are often more flexible.
